The Lasker foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving health by accelerating support for medical research through recognition of research excellence, public education and advocacy.

The Foundation for Advanced Education in the Sciences (FAES) is a non-profit foundation dedicated to support the training of biomedical researchers at the NIH through advanced educational programs.
